I believe a good interactive Web application would be some type of form builder so we can add forms to our websites and emails. One site I found is Email Me Form
which is completely free and helps you create forms for your websites and emails with out writing a single line of code.
Wufoo Tour Builder wufoo.com offers a drag and drop option to create forms for emails and websites you can even get the files from Wufoo to manage yourself for seamless integration with your website. They also offer different themes where you can change the colors, logo and topography of your forms to match your brand or style. You can also use Wufoo to create forms to collect payments, donations or simple online orders. Wufoo offers only 3 form or report templates with 10 fields for free. For $29.99 a month you can have 5 different users create and unlimited number of form or report templates with 100 fields.
Wufoo is pretty solid, but you gotta love Jot. For the average home user (non-business) both of these are great tools, but I feel like you can dive right in with Jotform.
